Protein Fluff
1/4 cup Vanilla, Banana, or Strawberry Protein Powder
1 cup Frozen Blueberries, or Frozen Strawberries, or other Frozen Berries
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth, frozen mixture has been created.
Using an electric whisk, whisk mix for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume.
Eat immediately.
Kelli’s Protein Packed Bean Salad
1 can of tuna packed in water – drained
6 kalamata olives chopped (optional)
1 can cannellini beans – drained and rinsed
1T fresh basil, chopped or torn
1T fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Cherub tomatoes, cut in half on diagonal
1/2 English Cucumber, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1T Olive Oil
1T lemon juice or 1/2T lemon zest
Mix together all ingredients and enjoy!!!
Can be eaten alone or with your favorite healthy cracker (Triscuit, Wheat Thins, Baked Pita Chips).
